The best solution for sharing files with other users is to set up a shared database (see Chapter 19 ) in a central location which all users can connect to. You can also export documents in .geneious format and transfer these files via a USB or network drive for others to use.
We do not recommend storing databases on Dropbox or network drives as a way of sharing files.
