If you chose to keep a copy of your old data folder when you upgraded, you can easily downgrade if you prefer to use the earlier version, or if your license isn’t valid for the latest version. Downgrading requires that the new version of Geneious is uninstalled first to avoid there being vestiges of the old copy in place. Once this is done, the old version can be reinstalled and Geneious will start up and see the old data folder.
