Open the geneious.properties file and scroll down to ##Geneious server connection and enter the url for gserver-host (the host in which Geneious Server is running). Other optional properties that can be provided are gserver-ssl (”true” to use SSL), gserver-context (Geneious Server context to use) and gserver-port (port to connect). If any of these optional properties are not provided then the default values will be used. Remove the # at the start of these lines for the settings to be used.
